Spanish Broadcasting System (SBS) (NASDAQ: SBSA) announced today that MEGA TV will celebrate Mother's Day this Sunday by dedicating Sunday's editions of "La Descarga con Albita" and "Mega Reporte," two of the station's leading shows, to all Hispanic mothers living in the United States.
From 8:00 PM ET to 9:00 PM ET on Mega TV Channel 22, the famous Cuban diva, Albita, will pay homage to her mother on her hit show "La Descarga con Albita." The show will also air on DirecTV Channel 405 nationally and DirecTV Channel 169 in Puerto Rico from 9:00 PM ET to 10:00 PM ET.
"Mega Reporte," hosted by the renowned Frank Cairo, will celebrate this day by interviewing the leading women of the entertainment world that have taken time out of their public duties to become hard working, successful mothers. Among the featured guests will be the lovely Malena Bourke, Beatriz Adriana, Lourdes Ruiz Toledo, and Mariela Encarnación. The show will air from 10:00 PM ET to 11:00 PM ET on Mega TV Channel 22 in Miami, and from 11:00 PM ET to 12:00 AM ET on DirecTV Más Channel 405 nationally and on DirecTV Channel 169 in Puerto Rico.
