IT Europa extends coverage of enterprise technology sector

  •  New enterprise technology correspondent appointed

(London - 7 May 2008) IT Europa is pleased to announce the expansion in its technology coverage with the appointment of Osian ap Garth to the staff. Osian has previously worked in the industry for a large enterprise application company and will support IT Europa's already strong but expanding coverage of enterprise technology. He has worked in several countries around the world and has experience of many aspects of software, especially databases and web-based systems.

"I look forward to reporting all the changes that are happening in this sector in the coming year. It is going to be a very interesting time as the enterprises endeavour to extract maximum value from their systems, while addressing issues of security, data management and return on investment." commented Osian ap Garth. "This is going to be a very exciting and rewarding period for businesses that get it right. I aim to provide clear guidance on issues, policies and expansion strategies for IT in the area, as well as getting the local views of those involved on the ground across Europe."

John Garratt, Editor of IT Europa added: "This will make IT Europa even more essential reading for companies in IT supply in Europe who will be making critical investment and growth decisions in the coming months, and allow the publication to expand its coverage of issues around security, datacentres and enterprise software."
