Folsom Missing Person, Phyllis Hoel Located

Phyllis Hoel, reported missing since yesterday, was located today at 12:57 pm, behind a home in the same mobile home complex.
It is believed that Phyllis was attempting to walk up the stairs to the home, when she lost her balance and fell. She was behind the home in a small runoff trough-type embankment, against a 2 foot rock wall.
She was in good spirits and alert. She had spent the night out in the elements. She complained of back pain and was transported by fire services to Mercy Folsom.
This was a great combination of resources from Fire, Police, Volunteers, and citizens who assisted in the search for Phyllis Hoel.
