Another Fugitive Nabbed by CBP in St. Thomas, USVI

ST. THOMAS, USVI - On May 3, Customs and Border Protection Officers at the Cyril E. King Airport U.S. Virgin Islands detained a 25 year old male with an outstanding arrest warrant.

Mr. Foy Dion was wanted in the Virgin Islands for fraud. Once the Virgin Islands Police Department confirmed the information on the arrest warrant, Mr. Dion was turned over to the U.S. Virgin Islands Port Authority Officer to complete the process.

This apprehension was the direct result of CBP's use of name queries during primary inspections and CBP officers' attention to detail during interviews and inspection of documents.
