Pageant Software Announces The Release of A New and Improved Product
Pageant Software announces the release of a new and improved version of its flagship product, Inbound Manager.
As founder D. Robert Chapman says, ''With the release of version 5.77 of Inbound Manager, we've added functionality that will improve our customers' overall experience - a goal we strive for continually.''
Inbound Manager is a stand-alone, productivity-enhancing software package that can be installed on virtually any PC. It is designed for recording important data about packages received from all types of carriers. Inbound Manager can be used to record shipper, recipient, department or other important information. And, with the addition of a scanning device, the user can scan a delivery barcode rather than manually typing, saving time and ensuring accuracy. Once complete, this data is stored for retrieval by means of printed reports and delivery manifests or exporting for later importing/archiving into the business process.
Flexible and powerful, Inbound Manager can also be used for inventory processing at retail stores or route-planning for businesses that rely on local delivery such as pizza shops and florists.
Inbound Manager can prove to be a viable tool for Homeland Security-related accountability as well as compliance with Best Practices initiatives.
The best part, according to Chapman, is that the price remains an affordable $29.99. ''We didn't raise the price just because we've made Inbound Manager better,'' Chapman explains. ''Given the ability of paying for and downloading our product via our website, we have very little overhead and no tangible product for which we'd need to re-supply, manufacture or warehouse.''
Pageant Software was founded in 2005 on the principle that a tool for mail processing efficiency at a reasonable price is elusive. Pageant's founding team draws on over 25 years of experience in mail and package processing and distribution to fill the gap that mailroom managers contend with in terms of package receiving and accountability.
