Continued Demand for Technical Talent Combined With Increased IT Investments Driving Growth

headquarters in Richardson, Texas. The new location is at 3600 Shire Blvd.,
Suite 210 in Richardson, which is at the intersection of Shire and George
Bush Freeway, just east of Central Expressway on the southbound side, in
the new office building behind The Silver Fox Steakhouse. VTG's new
headquarters is nearly twice the size of its former location and it
provides the company with future expansion options.
