Verdiem Appoints Steve Gordon as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Operations


SEATTLE, April 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Verdiem, the leading developer of power management software for PC networks, today announced the addition of Steve Gordon as chief financial officer and vice president of operations. Gordon brings to Verdiem 25 years of experience in general, operational, administrative and financial business management. While his primary role at Verdiem focuses on driving financial performance, he will also be responsible for human resources, administration, operations, infrastructure development and legal affairs.

Prior to joining Verdiem, Steve was the CFO at Visio, helping the company grow from $60 million in revenue to $250 million. Steve was also CFO at Data I/O and COO at the Casey Family Foundation. In addition, Steve previously served as the CFO at Trumba and the COO of Wavelink Corporation, a privately held wireless software provider.
