'X-Play' Kicks Off the Biggest Summer in Gaming History With Five Day Special, 'The 2008 X-Play Summer Games Preview,' Jam-Packed With Exclusive Footage, Demos and Interviews

Hosted by Adam Sessler and Morgan Webb, who have earned a reputation for delivering smart, entertaining and on-target reviews, "X-Play" is televisions definitive home to all things videogame. New daily episodes of "X-Play" premiere every weeknight in primetime at 8 pm, giving viewers a comprehensive update on each day's videogame developments, a wide range of new features, behind-the-scenes sneak peeks at games in development, interviews with industry luminaries, live, hands-on demos of games before they hit stores and in-depth analysis of the latest trends.

During this week-long special report, Sessler and Webb will present exclusive new footage, hands-on demos and sneak-peeks at the summer's biggest titles that will shape gaming's summer sales season.

The "X-Play Summer Games Preview" week kicks off with a one-hour special dedicated to the most anticipated game of the year, "Grand Theft Auto IV," and will feature a live hands-on demo, an in-depth two part retrospective on the "GTA" franchise, new looks at the multiplayer, and "X-Play's" brutally honest review of the game.

Leading up to the week, on Sunday, April 27, G4 will interrupt regularly scheduled programming to bring you the very first look at "Grant Theft Auto IV" with a "X-Play Special: GTA IV First Look." This 15-minute special report will air live at the very moment the "GTA IV" media embargo is lifted and will feature Adam and Morgan's first hands-on impressions of "GTA IV." This World Premiere live demo will be commercial free and only on G4.

Throughout the week the show will give viewers an unprecedented look at the most anticipated games of the summer, including the biggest PS3 game of the year, "Metal Gear Solid 4," the much-hyped "Star Wars: The Force Unleashed," and will present brand new footage from titles including "Too Human", "LittleBigPlanet," "The Bourne Conspiracy," "Ghostbusters: The Videogame," "Haze," "Hell Boy: The Science of Evil," "Ninja Gaiden 2," "Soul Calibur IV," "Lego Indiana Jones: The Original Adventure", "Wii Fit," "Boom Blox," "SOCOM: Confrontation," "Age of Conan: Hyborian Adventures," "Iron Man," and more.
