BAGHDAD - Iraqi Police from the Bilat Police Station with Multi-National Division - Baghdad Soldiers, conduct combined patrols within the Saha neighborhood of Baghdad's southeastern Rashid district April 17. Soldiers from the 2nd Squadron, 2nd Stryker Cavalry Regiment, attached to the 1st Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, MND-B, work daily with Iraqi Security Forces in support of the Baghdad Security Plan to provide security and improve the quality of life for the 1.2 million Iraqis in the Rashid district.
BAGHDAD - Sons of Iraq (Abna al-Iraq) distribute flyers offering a reward to citizens of Abu T'shir and Saha neighborhoods April 16, for information leading to the capture of high-profile terrorists and criminals operating in the Rashid District of southern Baghdad. The SOI mans checkpoints and provides over watch for Iraqi Security and Coalition Forces working with Multi-National Division - Baghdad on a daily basis.

BAGHDAD - Staff Sgt. Koke Pomele, an infantry squad leader, answers questions of a resident Son of Iraq (Abna al-Iraq) April 16 during operations around the Saha Apartments in the southeastern Rashid district of Baghdad. Pomele is assigned to Company F, 2nd Squadron, 2nd Stryker Cavalry Regiment, attached to the 1st Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, Multi-National Division - Baghdad. The Stryker Infantry unit out of Vilseck, Germany, conducted point raids, emplaced standing cordon and search operations and combined patrols with Iraqi Security Forces April 16-17 as part of ongoing clearing operations to bring greater security to Baghdad.
