The Harbor Tower condominiums are the oldest and tallest residential towers inBoston. As program manager, Skanska wants to ensure that all parties are coordinated in the most expedient and cost efficient way possible so that residents are completely informed about every aspect of the HVAC installation and that work is completed to their satisfaction.
