NEW YORK, April 17 /PRNewswire/ -- Starting Monday, BLOOMBERG
TELEVISION(R) viewers will get a week-long in depth look atChina with the
special "China Focus Week." This special week will educate viewers about the
state of the Chinese economy and how its growth has affected the rest of the
world.
"China Focus Week" will include reporting from Bloomberg bureaus in
Beijing,Shanghai andHong Kong with field reports from eastern to southern
China. The series will explore the country's environmental challenges, the
plunge in local stock markets, the growing auto industry andBeijing's
preparations for the 2008 Summer Olympic Games.
The week will feature interviews with Wang Wei, Secretary General of the
