Olympic Swimming Star Janet Evans to Discuss Her Experiences

Janet Evans is a true legend in women's sports. Considered the greatest female distance swimmer of all time despite her small size, she is a four-time Olympic gold medalist.

Janet Evans is known for her exceptional speed and her dedication to the sport of swimming. In three consecutive Olympic Games, she brought home a total of four gold medals. At only 17, she won her first three gold medals at the 1988 Olympic Games in Seoul, Korea, and in addition to a record-setting fourth gold medal, she holds six American records, two world records, 45 national titles, 17 international titles, and five NCAA titles. In 1989 she received the Sullivan Award as the most outstanding amateur athlete. Evans is currently a highly requested public speaker and businesswoman.
