UTC Board of Directors Declares Quarterly Dividend

HARTFORD, Conn., April 9, 2008 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- United Technologies Corp. (NYSE: UTX) Board of Directors today declared a dividend of 32 cents per common share payable June 10 to shareowners of record at the close of business May 16.

UTC has paid cash dividends on its common stock for 72 consecutive years dating to 1936.
