SECNAP Strengthens Anti-Spam Sales Channel

As Director of Channel Sales East, Robert McGuire will recruit and support value-added resellers and dealers east of the Mississippi. McGuire will be based inAtlanta.

According to Michael Scheidell, SECNAP's president and chief technology officer, this latest expansion is in direct response to growing demand for the company's innovative SpammerTrap(TM) anti-spam solutions. The SpammerTrap line includes a wide array of customer-premise appliances ranging from small business models to global enterprise configurations, as well as a Hosted SpammerTrap(TM) solution for clients who prefer to outsource. SpammerTrap earned recognition for its rich features and functionality at the XChange Solution Provider Conference last month, where it was named a Hot Product from a field of more than 70 vendors' offerings.

McGuire joins SECNAP with more than 13 years of experience in the information technology industry including sales management, direct and channel sales, consulting and account relationship management, with an emphasis on security software and services. He has a proven track record of increasing channel sales revenue and exceeding sales goals.
