CSI Technology Outfitters Expands IP Telephony Capabilities

CSI Technology Outfitters (Computer Software
Innovations, Inc.) (OTCBB: CSWI) announced an expansion in IP telephony
capabilities with the addition of another Cisco CCIE Voice certification in
its engineering department.
"Why is that a big deal?" asked William Buchanan, Senior Vice President of
Delivery & Support. "Because less than three percent of all professionals
with any Cisco certification advance to the CCIE level and we have multiple
CCIE engineers at CSI. It's also a big deal to IP telephony customers
because that directly translates to superior network design, integration,
and implementation."
"It's very good timing for CSI because more customers are coming to us for
IP telephony solutions," adds Buchanan. "We recently completed a project
for a major school district that included 7,000 IP telephones which is one
of the largest Cisco IP telephony implementations in our region. That
established CSI as the go-to player for IP telephony and caused our phones
to ring," he added with a chuckle.
CCIE (Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert) is the highest level of
professional certification available from Cisco and is used by the IT
industry to identify networking professionals with the highest level of
expertise. CCIE Voice certifies expert-level knowledge of voice-over-IP
solutions in the enterprise.
