Cardio Infrared Technologies, Inc. Announces Sales Increase

LAS VEGAS, April 3, 2008 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Cardio Infrared Technologies, Inc. announced today the sales figures for the First Quarter of 2008.

Wayne Bailey, President and CEO of Cardio Infrared Technologies, Inc., said that "sales for the first quarter were up 100% over the first quarter of 2007. The sales for the second quarter based on orders will exceed the same quarter last year by 150%. Cardio Infrared Technologies, Inc. generated hundreds of leads and sales from the Las Vegas Anti-aging show in December, 2007. The first delivery on sales from the anti-aging show started in February 2008. Some of the locations that have received and/or will receive Cardio-Cor units are Reseda, California, Jackson Hole, Wyoming, Easton, Pennsylvania, and Stuart, Florida. Additional units that were sold at the anti-aging show will be delivered during the second and third quarters of 2008. Cardio Infrared Technologies, Inc. generated hundreds of leads from the anti-aging show, from spa shows and from exposure on The View and Good Morning America. Cardio Infrared Technologies, Inc. has commissioned sales people to follow up with the interested parties from the leads generated and to close sales. Cardio Infrared Technologies, Inc. added a new sales person in the first quarter in anticipation of the increased sales and to follow up on the leads. These leads include customers from all 50 states and 20 countries. Closings on sales are up and interest in the unit has increased as additional magazine articles and other news media have gone to press. Cardio Infrared Technologies, Inc. is selling to or working with a company that has over 400 locations. The first of these units is being delivered the first week of April 2008. Cardio Infrared Technologies, Inc. has also completed an offer to sell a block of 5 units to a company that is in the adolescent weight loss industry in Florida. The company should conclude this transaction during the 2nd or 3rd quarter of 2008."
