ObsessionArt.com Releases Exclusive Range of Nik Guerra Art Prints

ObsessionArt.com - the world's first online erotic art boutique - has today launched an exclusive range of art prints by Italian illustrator and painter, Nik Guerra. Comprising an initial 24 prints, the seductive images will be familiar to comic fans worldwide who can now, for the first time, buy wall-art of iconic characters "Magenta", Lucrezia and Djustine. Each print is available as a gallery-quality Giclee print on either fine art paper or stretched canvas.

Born 1969 in Tuscany (Italy) Nik Guerra gained fame for his comic strip creations, produced together with scriptwriting partner, Celestino Pes. Their collaboration started with the volume "Invitation To Hell" and followed with regularity in the French erotic comic strip, BEDE' Adult by IPM publishing. This was to be the birth of Magenta - arguably one of the comic world's greatest femme fatales. Her legend continues today: Magenta's stories, in France, are now in their third reprint with the prestigious editor "La Musardine" and her new adventures appear in Italian "X Comics" and in the USA as a series of graphic novels, "Magenta Color of Sex, 2008" published by SQP Inc.

A future collaboration with Celestino Pes for the new market of the e-comics by TFFI Publishing, began the development of other cult characters, including Felicity Hiarch. Later came the birth of Djustine (script by Enrico Teodorani), and, together, both Magenta and Djustine pinups have been selected and published further in the American books series called APHRODISIA "Art of the Female Form" by Aristata Publishing.

Nik Guerra has now liberated these characters from the comic pages. His artistic work has evolved to the art of painting, realising pictures that celebrate - in a sexy, stylised pop vein - the meddling and beautiful protagonists of his comic strips. In this field several international galleries of contemporary art have exhibited his work. It is reproductions of these paintings that ObsessionArt is now delighted to offer exclusively through its online store.
