Perfect Fitting Bras Just a Click Away at BraTherapy.com
ATLANTA, March 25 /PRNewswire/ -- New site offers online gathering place
for women to find 'support' and solutions Dedicated exclusively to educating
and helping women find solutions to their ever-ending quest for "the right
bra," BraTherapy(TM) goes live today at . The site will
offer a one-stop information source to women in the U.S. who spend $10 billion
annually on bras.
The first website of its kind, visitors will find weekly features to
enable better decisions about bras to enhance appearance and health. The site
offers dynamic, interactive functions including a bra size calculator and
BraTherapy TV, which provides bra-related video shorts and "therapeutic"
online chat sessions. The site will also highlight tips from expert fitters
and fashion consultants, new product information and real bra stories from
women around the world.
According to website founder McGhee Osse, industry estimates indicate that
80% of women today are not wearing the right size bra and just as many
complain about the daily discomfort of the squeezing, cutting or poking caused
by some bras. Not to mention the fashion dilemma of deciding what bra to wear
and when to wear it."
The mission of BraTherapy is to put women on the right track to finding
solutions to their individual and unique bra challenges, said Osse. "We want
to arm them with practical information about fitting, styles, construction,
and customization, most of which, the average woman has never been exposed to
in her purchasing experiences. Additionally, we want to provide them with a
fun and engaging gathering spot to explore bra-related matters."
The website will demystify this most important feminine accoutrement and
empower women with the support, resources and information needed to make good
choices at retail or at home.
"Unfortunately we have almost as many bra needs as we have outfits," said
Sara Sanfir, renowned owner of Sara's Lingerie in Encino, Cal., and one of the
site's leading fitting consultants. "While most women today crave comfort,
they also know the difference that the right undergarment can make in the look
and fit of their outerwear, particularly Baby Boomers and women endowed with D
cup sizes or larger. And they want choices that speak to their own sense of
style and personality."
Osse is a trained fitter whose own bra traumas sparked her desire to help
other women with theirs. Osse also is a twenty-year veteran of the advertising
industry and currently Co-CEO of a leading multicultural ad agency.
The online magazine version of BraTherapy will be emailed to two-million
women each week. Women can subscribe to receive the free online publication at
