ADHAMIYAH, Iraq - A customer watches the fruit and vegetables in a shop on Chem Street in Adhamiyah. As recently as four months ago, this market area was uninhabited and a scene of numerous terrorist attacks. The streets of Adhamiyah are safer now due to the constant joint patrols of the 3rd Squadron, 7th Cavalry Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division, which is attached to the 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, Multi-National Division - Baghdad, and the Iraqi Army's 1st Battalion, 1st Brigade, 11th Iraqi Army Division.
