Black Hills Corporation Announces Leadership Succession at Energy Marketing Subsidiary

Ms. Campbell comes to this position with 17 years of energy industry experience including six years at Enserco. In her new position, Campbell will lead all Enserco Energy operations, which include producer services, end-use origination services and proprietary marketing services.

Campbell currently is responsible for the producer services division of Enserco. This business function assists natural gas and oil producers throughout the Rocky Mountain and Great Plains regions who benefit from Campbell's transportation and marketing expertise to source commodities efficiently and competitively into national energy markets. In addition, she has been a key marketing strategist for Black Hills Exploration & Production, the Company's oil and gas production subsidiary. Her expertise includes other aspects of energy marketing, human resource development, business strategy and risk management.

Campbell will replace Kurt Kittleson, who is voluntarily stepping down as the head of Enserco. I have decided to resign to allow me more time to focus on many unmet personal objectives.
