Black Hills Corporation Announces Leadership Succession at Energy Marketing Subsidiary
RAPID CITY, S.D., March 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Black Hills
Corporation (NYSE: BKH) announced that Victoria J. "Tori" Campbell, long-time
Managing Director of Producer Services at Enserco Energy Inc. will be promoted
to Vice President and General Manager of Enserco Energy, effective
April 11, 2008.
Ms. Campbell comes to this position with 17 years of energy industry
experience including six years at Enserco. In her new position, Campbell will
lead all Enserco Energy operations, which include producer services, end-use
origination services and proprietary marketing services.
Campbell currently is responsible for the producer services division of
Enserco. This business function assists natural gas and oil producers
throughout the Rocky Mountain and Great Plains regions who benefit from
Campbell's transportation and marketing expertise to source commodities
efficiently and competitively into national energy markets. In addition, she
has been a key marketing strategist for Black Hills Exploration & Production,
the Company's oil and gas production subsidiary. Her expertise includes other
aspects of energy marketing, human resource development, business strategy and
risk management.
David R. Emery, Chairman, President and CEO of Black Hills Corporation,

Campbell will replace Kurt Kittleson, who is voluntarily stepping down as
the head of Enserco. Mr. Kittleson said, "After 11 years at Enserco, including
six as Vice President and General Manager, I am very proud of our
accomplishments. I have decided to resign to allow me more time to focus on
many unmet personal objectives. I am fortunate to have worked with a team of
exceptional individuals at both Enserco and Black Hills Corporation, and am
