Animal Radio® picked up for XM Satellite Radio
The nationally syndicated Animal Radio® becomes part of the XM Satellite Radio lineup starting March 29th. The wildly successful pet talk program, which currently airs on 90+ AM-FM radio stations nationwide, will air on XM¹s ³Talk America² channel 158 Saturdays 12-2pm EST and Sundays 9-11am EST.
³We¹ve been working for a long time to fine-tune Animal Radio® for satellite radio,² says Animal Radio Network Associate Producer, Judy Francis. ³I¹ve always wanted to be sandwiched between Bill Handel and Dr. Dean Edell,² referring to the time-slot¹ on XM.
Bart Simpson voiceover Nancy Cartwright guests on the Animal Radio® XM premiere. Cartwright, who coined ³don¹t have a cow² on the popular Simpsons TV show, says her favorite animal is their Holstein named ³Milk-Dud.²
Upcoming lineup for Animal Radio® on XM includes actors Glenn Close and Ed Asner, Dog Whisperer Cesar Millan, trainer to the stars Tyson Kilmer, Vladae the Dog Wizard, animal communicator Joy Turner, TV legend Bob Barker and more to be announced.
