-Veteran Sales Executive to Support Growth and Expansion of Interactive Media-
Spanish Broadcasting System (SBS) (NASDAQ: SBSA) announced today the appointment of Isidro Gonzalez to Director of Sales of SBS Interactive and Integrated Marketing. His appointment reflects the company's ongoing commitment to delivering expanded interactive and cross platform advertising opportunities at SBS, the largest publicly traded Hispanic-controlled media and entertainment company in the United States.
Mr. Gonzalez will oversee interactive sales for all SBS properties, while also helping to expand product integration and cross media sponsorships. Mr. Gonzalez has 20 years of media sales and management experience focusing on accelerating revenue growth and improving bottom-line profitability in the U.S. and in Latin America.

For the past three years, Mr. Gonzalez has served as President of Sales for CMT-NewsProNet, where he was responsible for broadcast, Internet and mobile platform revenue lines.
Before CMT NewsProNet, Mr. Gonzalez was the Director of Advertising Sales for Sony Pictures Television International, where he implemented innovative sales strategies for the SPTI Station Group. During that time, Mr. Gonzalez was also an integral part of the launch team for the Latin American version of The Weather Channel. Also, Mr. Gonzalez began working in television as the head of Product Integration for the TV show, "Sábado Gigante."
Prior to joining Sony Pictures Television, Mr. Gonzalez worked at CBS' O&O WFOR-4 in Miami, where he started as an Account Executive, and eventually became the New Business Development Manager and LSM. During his 10 year tenure with CBS O&O WFOR-4, Gonzalez was a part of the winning team that led the station to be the top biller in the Miami DMA.
