It was only a matter of time, I suppose. Every single month, every single week and nearly every single day, suggestion after suggestion, request after request pouring in to please start up our very own "www.CVWine.com / Bacon Freak" brand of premium quality gourmet bacons and make them available to our members, customers and friends.

Of course, doing exactly that was always something that I knew I would eventually do. It was simply all about using my expertise, time and taste-buds to run enough taste tests to work through the intricate and in-depth processes needed to come up with the "perfect" palate pleasing flavor and recipe combinations.

After all, I knew I had a lot riding on this venture and it was imperative that I went the extra mile at every turn to ensure that I came up with precisely the type of "top shelf" gourmet bacon that our dearly meticulous and impressively knowledgeable members and customers have come to expect from us over the years of a long and deeply valued relationship.

Well the time has finally come and the toughest of decisions have now been made and I must tell you, these new "Bacon Freak" brand bacons are absolutely going to blow your taste buds' minds! Welcome up with a delectably delicious "connoisseur collection" of bacons that we can quite proudly and emphatically stand behind with broad smiles on our faces, knowing just how much you are truly going to love them.

Without further ado, here they are in all of their flavorful glory. First off, let me introduce you to some bacon that is so "bodaciously" bountiful in its bold and brilliant benevolence of blessed "baconosity," it could only go by the name of "Boss Hog!" Introducing "Boss Hog's Honey BBQ Rubbed and Gourmet Country Bacon. It's all natural, hickory smoked and flavored with just the right amount of brown sugar to perfectly balance the salty to sweet flavor ratio.

This bacon is "country cured, hand rubbed, dry prepped with absolutely no water added in order to greatly reduce any potential shrinkage.
