Silver Jubilee Caravan in Gool-Gulabgarh

Hundreds of people in tattered clothes, hungry stomachs, bare feet received Panthers Party Supremo who reached Gool this morning on Bhim Rath with his team of Panthers Party leaders. Gool was recently annexed to Ramban District from Udhampur District following the creation of Ramban District.

Several delegations of the local people stricken in poverty and covered in rags with chanting slogans in support of their leader demanding justice and equity. The 100 job cards have proved a fraud on the people. Only cards and no job. BPL (Below Poverty Line) cards have been issued to the agents of the ruling parties ignoring those wretched of the earth. Salaries have not been paid to the SPOs and VDC members for one year, there are no teachers in the schools, hospitals without doctors and the road under beacon has remained unattended for five years. A distance of 60 kms. was covered on light vehicles in three hours. Same is the case of the road connecting Gool with Mahore. The BDOs (Block Development Officers) commission has gone from 30% to 45%. During Mufti's Chief Ministership it was 30%. In Congress Rule all commissions of the BDOs and Engineers have gone up by 20%. The ration cards of the villagers have not been renewed since 2001. Hell with new born babies. This is the situation which was presented by the people to Prof. Bhim Singh.

Prof. Bhim Singh assured the people declaring that if Panthers Party gets power for 100 days, he shall deliver justice to every person for 100 years to come.

Prof. Bhim Singh heavily congratulated the people of Gool-Gulabgarh for resisting terrorism in the area for 15 years and keeping the flag of brotherhood and secularism flying in the face of threat to their lives and property. He demanded comprehensive rehabilitation of all those who had to migrate from this area to save zone for safety during militancy. He regretted that government had not provided relief to the migrants of the area in spite of the judgment of the Supreme Court.
