NOVI, Mich., March 3 /PRNewswire/ -- The Michigan Golf Show comes to The
Rock Financial Showplace this weekend, with over 400 exhibitors, 200 feet of
Hitting Nets and a Junior Golf Area for the kids. Attendees can also test all
the latest and greatest clubs in the hitting nets and then negotiate with over
40 retailers for the best price!
The Michigan Golf Show, one of the area's largest exposition events, has
kicked off the golf season for the last fifteen years and is now the largest
consumer golf show in the U.S. The doors open Friday, March 7th at 2 p.m. and
it is anticipated it will draw record attendance, even with the state of the
area's economy.
"This year, more than ever, people are looking for deals, and anyone who
has been to the golf show in the past, know they will not find lower prices
anywhere," states Todd Smith, promoter of the event.
"Our golf retailers are competing for sales and have cut prices on

Another contributing factor to the projection of record attendance is the
