SBS- MEGA TV To Celebrate Its Launch in Puerto Rico

-Party at La Concha Hotel in San Juan to Celebrate Continued Expansion of Partnership with DirecTV-

Spanish Broadcasting System (SBS) (NASDAQ: SBSA) announced today that on Wednesday, February 27, it will host a party to celebrate the launch of MEGA TV over DirecTV Channel 169 in Puerto Rico. Last year, SBS signed an exclusive contract with DirecTV to broadcast MEGA TV programming across the United States on Channel 405, DirecTV Más. The celebration will take place at the historic La Concha Hotel in San Juan from 7:00 PM EST to 11:00 PM EST.

Guests can expect a stylish, trendy and exciting party that is now customary for Spanish Broadcasting System and MEGA TV, featuring celebrity talents from both MEGA TV and SBS Radio. Also in attendance will be renowned personalities, journalists and other distinguished guests.

The party will be hosted by actor Pedro Telemaco, the popular SBS DJs "The Gangster" and "Funky Joe," journalist Allan Villafaña and the comedian Alexis Valdés. The musical talent featured are Puerto Rico's very own famous singer and the King of Reggaeton, Tego Calderon, the famous reggaeton singers "Jowell and Randy" and " Luis Enrique "The Salsa Prince" of Nicaragua who will close the launch party with a special performance.

In addition, the first hour of 'El Circo' will air in the US on DirecTV MAS in the morning "Radio on TV" segment.
