Fourth Quarter and Fiscal Year End 2007 Financial Results

Company Will Host Conference Call and Webcast on March 12, 2008

VeraSun Energy Corporation (NYSE: VSE), one of the nation's largest ethanol producers, today announced it will release its fourth quarter and fiscal year 2007 results before the market opens on Wednesday, March 12, 2008. The company will host a live conference call and webcast at 10 a.m. EST/ 9 a.m. CST on Wednesday, March 12, 2008. Donald L. Endres, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer and Danny C. Herron, President and Chief Financial Officer, will host the call.
