OnePartner, EMBARQ Announce Tier III Data Center Connectivity

A Tier III center provides multiple active power and cooling distribution paths, has redundant components, and is concurrently maintainable to ensure high availability. The Uptime Institute (http://www.uptimeinstitute.org) created the Tier classification system as a benchmark for reliable data center infrastructure design.
