Secretary of State Kenney Attends Richmond Hill Chinese Community Church's Dedication Ceremony

"I applaud the work of the Richmond Hill Chinese Community Church in reaching out and involving your community," said Secretary of State Kenney. "Our Government is proud to take this opportunity to recognize and celebrate the value of community engagement."

The evangelical and multilingual Richmond Hill Chinese Community Church was founded in 1975 by Rev. Dr. John Kao. The growth of the congregation over the past 20 years has required the church to undertake a third expansion. Andrew Baczynski is the chief architect for the project.

It encourages these communities to participate fully in Canadian society by enhancing their level of economic, social, and cultural integration.
