Lifeway Kefir Gains New Distribution in Colorado With King Soopers Chain
MORTON GROVE, Ill., Feb. 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Lifeway Foods, Inc.
(Nasdaq: LWAY), the nation's leading kefir manufacturer announced that 4
flavors of Lowfat Organic Kefir will now be distributed to Colorado's King
Soopers Grocery stores, owned by Kroger, based inCincinnati, Ohio. Shipments
of organic Blueberry, Pomegranate/Acai, Raspberry, and Strawberries n' Cream
kefir will begin this week. Expanded demo, marketing and advertising in the
market is being coordinated in conjunction with Earth Month in April to
support new kefir sales at the chain and promote the benefits of organic
foods.

King Soopers operates about 140 stores in the Colorado area.
