Perihelion Global Obtains Second Biodiesel Supply Agreement

In Negotiations for Two Additional Refinery Locations

Perihelion Global (PINKSHEETS: PHGI), a development company with interests in natural resources, alternative energies, and advanced communications, today announced that as a result of discussions over the last few weeks, and meetings held during the National Biodiesel Conference & Expo, the Company has obtained its second Biodiesel supply agreement with a minimum of 12 million gallons per year to be produced for export.

Perihelion Global management and a private energy company reached the agreement in principle yesterday, February 4, 2008, which the company believes will add positively to its revenue base. The Company will provide further details of the transaction pending initial delivery of Biodiesel under the agreement. This transaction will not impact the previously announced agreement with Crew Distributing Co., Inc. pertaining to the Company's Opp, Alabama refinery, slated for production Q1 2008.

The Company also announced that it is continuing ongoing discussion to secure terms by which Perihelion would build two additional Biofuel refineries within the United States. Perihelion management has resolved to pursue terms beneficial to the Company and its shareholders in these negotiations. Upon finalization of successful negotiations on one or more locations, additional terms and details of the agreements will be announced in a public press release.
