So while everyone is running around like crazy, looking to fulfill that fanciful fix for something original and uniquely unusual, we here at CVWine.com are willing to hand deliver it to you on a silver platter for your edification, enjoyment and convenience.

Presenting this New Year's consummate, crowning, culinary creation that is not only new and adventurous, but also absolutely delectably delicious and delightful at the same time. It's more than merely a terrifically tasty treat, but rather something almost bridging on the miraculous!

That assertion might seem like a trifle exaggeration, but I am fully prepared to back-up my proclamation with the facts. Behold and be humbled in its beautiful "bacony" brilliance, I present to you this year's first and foremost dessert discovery of note, The "Bacon & Coffee" Chocolate Chip Cookie. It's a flavor like no other and one you will definitely never forget, I assure you!

Fact #1: The veritable genius or "higher power" who came up with this idea had the innate wisdom to smartly create this delightful, dessert decadence out of ingredients from all three major food groups, Bacon, Coffee, and Chocolate! Understand friends, I don't pretend to take credit for this miracle and I have yet found anyone who even claims to know who came up with this recipe. It's as if it simply descended to us from Heaven itself!

Fact #2: Like most things wholly holy or sublimely supernatural, its message spreads fast and at a nearly 87.62 conversion rate upon people first receiving this "Gastronomical Gospel!" The initial intoxicating introduction to the system, like true definition of "spirit" itself is carried on the wind, the very breath of the universe.

This, of course, makes perfectly logical sense, as we all know from our own personal life experiences, nothing is more alluring, awakening and attention alarming than the "Three Sacred Smells:" (1) fresh premium quality coffee brewing in the morning. (2) A skillet or pan of gourmet bacon sizzling seductively into the wafting breeze. (3) The comfortably cozy call of chocolate chip cookies baking in the oven.

Fact#3: "Sweet and Salty" seems to have the puzzling, prolific potency and power to pull people by the nose and taste buds to itself, without any signs of struggle, much like a magically mesmerizing, mouth-watering magnet. Example: The last time we all came together to hope and pray for a brand new, virtually perfect flavorful experience, someone supposedly accidentally crashed into someone else, resulting in getting chocolate in someone else's peanut butter and, as might be expected, peanut butter on their chocolate. Remember?
