Folsom Quilt Guild Annual Quilt Show Gets a Redesign

Each year, guild members make a beautiful opportunity quilt. The quilt is shown at a variety of venues during the year. The winner of the quilt is announced on the last day of the annual quilt show. Get Opportunity Tickets

The Folsom Quilt and Fiber Guild's 23rd Annual Quilt Show is just around the corner. Held in the Folsom Community Center at 52 Natoma Street, the show runs daily, February 1, 2 and 3, 2008.

Doors open at 10:00am until 4:00pm each day, with a Daily Fashion Show at 2:00pm.

This year, there are three VIP Trunk Shows. On Friday, Freddy Moran; Saturday, Kathy Sandbach; and Sunday, Yvonne Porcella.

On display will be Quilts, Wearable Art, Fiber Art and more. Be sure to look for the Boutique, multiple demonstrations, door prizes, lunch and refreshments.

Acting on comments made in the past, organizers designed a new way of displaying small quilts and they are really excited about that because it makes those quilts look really good.

Also this year, the floor plan layout is a little different and organizers think quilters will really like it.
