Fiesta is a technicolor comedy from 1941, starring Anne Ayars. The cast also includes George Negrete, George Givot, Armida and Antonio Morena.

After being gone from Mexico City for some time, Cholita (portrayed by Ann Ayars) is coming home to resume her duties as the head manager of a rancho. Everyone expects her to marry her childhood sweetheart, Jose, portrayed by George Negrete.

These expectations are dashed when she arrives with a new fiancee, the tall and handsome radio star Fernando, portrayed by George Givot.

Jose and Cholita's uncle are more than a little upset over this turn of events. Especially so, since Fernando is not Mexican, but a city slicker who not only doesn't like the country, but seems to be afraid of it.
