American Insulock Announces Resignation of Enna Keller

MESA, ARIZONA - (Marketwire - Dec. 13, 2007) - American Insulock Inc. (the "Company") (CNQ:AIKI.U) announces that as of today December 13, 2007, Enna Keller has resigned as the CEO and Director of the Company to pursue other business interests. With her departure, Robert Jamieson Sr. will assume the interim role of CEO for the Company. The company will begin a search immediately for a new CEO to lead the Company. The Company's core business is the manufacture and distribution of its brand of insulating concrete forms (known as Insulock Blocks), together with the equipment that is used to manufacture these blocks.
