ADP Receives HROA Awards for Achievements in Payroll Processing Transformation

ADP ® Employer Services, a leading provider of HR, payroll and benefits administration services, today announced that it was honored with two HROA Awards(TM) at the annual HRO World Europe Conference(TM) in Brussels on Nov. 27, 2007. ADP was selected to receive the Single Process Relationship of the Year award for its multinational payroll service delivered to Pitney Bowes, and the Technology Relationship of the Year award for its groundbreaking partnership with SAP. ADP received both awards based on the success of its offering, GlobalView ®, a single-source, multilingual, multicurrency payroll and HR outsourcing service for multinational organizations.

The HROA Awards reward the achievements of Europe's most innovative and dedicated HR transformation industry leaders, suppliers and practitioners. This year HROA's members selected ADP among a field of multiple elite HRBPO provider nominees. "ADP and Pitney Bowes implemented and effectively used a standardized payroll approach across Europe, leveraging GlobalView to deliver Pitney Bowes' 5,500 employee payroll through a single integrated information system across 10 countries," said Richard Crespin, Global Executive Director of the HROA, and host of the 2007 awards. "ADP was able to deliver payroll processing cost savings of $588,000 per year, which equates to about $90 annual saving per employee. These savings, coupled with the implementation of a scalable solution made this project an extremely worthy winner."

ADP together with SAP also received the HROA Award for Technology Relationship of the Year in recognition of their innovative partnership. GlobalView service experts leverage the SAP® ERP Human Capital Management (SAP ERP HCM) solution to deliver their award-winning outsourced payroll and HR service to over 60 clients, representing more than 720,000 employees in over 30 countries worldwide. HROA judges noted, "It is the scale of this achievement, its accessibility to the industry and the effectiveness of its shared model that convinced the HROA Awards Committee that ADP and SAP were the rightful winners of this year's Technology Relationship award."
