Marketing Worldwide Adopts New Trade Name and Re-Designs Web Site to Better Reflect Company's Focus and Recent Expansion

Marketing Worldwide Corporation (OTCBB: MWWC), a
leading supplier of customized OE accessories for the global automotive
industry, announced today that it has adopted the trade name of "MWW
Automotive Group" ("MWW Automotive") and re-designed its Web site to better
reflect the company's focus and its recent expansion. The Company's stock
trading symbol (OTCBB: MWWC) remains the same.
Recent acquisitions.
MWW Automotive has completed two key acquisitions since June 2006, the most
recent being Modelworxx GmbH, a premier automotive design firm located in
Munich, Germany. Modelworxx has longstanding relationships with most
European domestic and foreign automobile manufacturers, especially BMW,
Mini and Rolls Royce. That transaction, announced November 29, 2007,
substantially expanded MWW's design, engineering and marketing
capabilities, broadened its product and customer base, and widened access
to the global automotive markets.
Previously, MWW Automotive had acquired Colortek Inc., a "Class A" Original
Equipment (OE) painting facility, headquartered in Baroda, Michigan.
Colortek is one of the few mid-sized "Class A" painting facilities in the
United States qualified to provide the industry's highest quality OE
painting for a variety of automotive accessories. Colortek's clients
include Toyota, Ford, Chrysler, Mitsubishi, Mazda, and Navistar.
These acquisitions are important steps in MWW's vertical integration
strategy, securing essential design, supply and manufacturing resources as
laid out in MWW's original business plan. The acquisitions immediately
expand MWW market share and strengthen its position in the rapidly growing
industry of automotive accessorizing and customizing of cars and light
trucks.
Updated Web site.
Reflecting the new expanded Company, MWW this week launched a re-designed
updated Web site: www.mwwautomotive.com. The new site, created with close
cooperation between Modelworxx and MWWAutomotive, reflects the Company's
new corporate image as a growing high-quality global company with immediate
access to the North American and European markets. The site presents the
Company's history, new group governance system, global structure, locations
and customers, and products and services. The investor relations section
includes past and current press releases, a selection of articles and
analyst reports, management biographies and a direct link to the Company's
stock quote and SEC filings.
The site in its current form represents Phase One of an advanced technology
Internet platform to be implemented in several stages. In Phase Two, the
site will function as a complete logistics exchange platform between all
companies in the Group. An additional secure section will give MWW's
global customers and suppliers individual password-protected access to
installation instructions and eventually training videos for MWW's
expanding lines of automotive accessory components and other after-sale
technical and product support. Phase Two is expected to be launched during
the first half of 2008.
Michael Winzkowski, President and CEO of MWW Automotive Group, said, "Our
updated Web site vividly reflects the high quality and global presence of
our growing company. We are looking forward to completing the expanded
capabilities of Phase Two, providing exclusive access for our customers and
suppliers. The site's fully scalable, fail-safe hardware and software will
create a sophisticated information and logistics exchange and training
platform for our growing international roster of customers."
