as Sarissa's President, effective December 1, 2007. Mr. Fuschino will
remain a Director of the company. In addition, Dr. Cam Cheriton has joined
the Board of Directors, and Peter D'Jay has resigned as a Director. Mr.
Keevil will receive 30 million restricted shares and Dr. Cheriton will
receive 1 million restricted shares, both from the Sarissa treasury for

Mr. Fuschino believes that these changes to the Board signal development
toward a more aggressive growth strategy for Sarissa. Mr. Keevil has a long

working for companies such as Atapa Minerals, Consolidated Mining Company
of Canada, the Anaconda Copper Mining Company, Texas Gulf Sulphur, the
Conwest Exploration Company, and the Geological Survey of Canada. He

Columbia, and Harvard University where he completed a Ph.D. in Economic
Geology. Cam is a registered Professional Engineer of the Province of
Ontario. He is directly responsible for the discovery of a number of ore
deposits; one of note is the Caribou Mine in New Brunswick.
Mr. Keevil said, "I'm looking forward to the challenge of following Ben,
who has laid the foundation on which we can now build. I am enthusiastic
about the prospects for Sarissa, as we look to strategically acquire and
explore the key properties we need to move the company to the next level."
Sarissa Resources Inc. (PINKSHEETS: SRSR) is an American junior exploration
company which identifies and explores mineral properties in North America.
Currently, Sarissa has interests in properties with base metal, precious
