BizFilings Helps Indiana Corporations and LLCs Meet Reporting Requirements

The State of Indiana requires that all domestic and foreign for-profit corporations and limited liability companies file a biennial Business Entity Report every two years during the anniversary month of their business formation. Business owners who fail to file their report in a timely manner risk their company falling into bad standing and suffering related penalties. Indiana nonprofit corporations must file annually.
