Environmentally Friendly Tire Fill Company, Urethane International, Announces Stock Repositioning And Management Hires

ATLANTA (EWORLDWIRE) Oct 31, 2007

Urethane International, LLC (UI) has announced that it reacquired all of its outstanding stock from Ace Industries, LLC on January 16, 2007. Ace had purchased UI in September of 2005, and UI had been operated as a wholly owned subsidiary since that time. UI has been led by Joseph P. Danules, president and CEO, since the company's founding in 2001. Danules will continue to manage the company and expects the company to grow significantly over the next three years.

UI has developed the tire fill industry's only lightweight foam tire fill and patented tire fill system. UI's new lightweight foam fill weighs less than one-half of the old, heavy tire fills and can be installed in a 13 x 24 tire in less than three minutes using UI's patented fill machine.

Danules explains that the growth will come from what he believes will be a paradigm shift from the old, heavy petroleum oil based tire fills to UI's new environmentally friendly pure polyurethane tire foam fill. He says when commercial tire dealers and original equipment manufacturers of construction equipment take into account the environmental, safety and insurance potential liabilities of using the old petroleum oil based tire fill versus UI's new lightweight foam fill they will find it difficult not to make the change to his new tire fill and foam fill machine.

UI also announced that it hired three new employees on January 16, 2007 to help the company manage its expected growth.

Robert J. Kirschner, VP dealer business development, comes to UI with over 26 years of franchising and dealer business development senior executive experience. Kirschner will be responsible for all aspects of growing UI's dealer body - from prospecting, evaluating, signing, and installation, to training and development. Kirschner, his wife Margo and their three children live in Cumming, Georgia.

Thomas E. Forst, VP OEM sales, has over 30 years experience in the tire, wheel and tire fill industries. Forst has run his own company, worked for major tire companies in executive positions and published three tire specification manuals. Forst will be responsible for all of UI's OEM relationships with respect to developing new tire fill business opportunities. Forst, his wife Audrey and son live in Piney Flats, Tenn. Forst also has two grown sons.

Jeffery T. Little, field service technician, has over eight years experience in the tire fill industry in both sales and service. Little is single and lives in Ringgold, Ga.
