SetFocus Meets Client Demands With a SharePoint Bootcamp

SetFocus Delivers the First SharePoint Training Experience in New Jersey

SetFocus, a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner for Learning Solutions (CPLS), announced the launch of a SharePoint Bootcamp in late November for two weeks of intense SharePoint training at their headquarters in Parsippany, NJ. This is the first training of its kind in New Jersey.

The bootcamp is a two part series; each part consists of five 10-hour days, for a total of 100 hours in Microsoft SharePoint Server 2007 Developer training. The first week of the bootcamp concentrates on the fundamental building blocks of Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 (WSS) and the implementation of Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 (MOSS). The second week will focus on implementing these newly developed skills into a project. The first week is a prerequisite of the second week.

In anticipation of unparallel demand for professionals with strong SharePoint skills, SetFocus is holding this course approximately two months before the kick off of their Master's Program(SM) SharePoint track which will begin on Feb. 11, 2008. According to SimplyHire.com, demand for SharePoint developers has increased 65% since May 2006 with average salaries ranging from $90,000 - $110,000 in the New York Metro area.
