Omniture Appoints New Human Resource Executive
Lina George to Lead Acquisition Integration, Recruiting and Global Expansion

Omniture,
Inc. (NASDAQ: OMTR), a leading provider of online business optimization
software, today announced the appointment of Lina C. George as senior vice
president of human resources at Omniture. A seasoned human resources
veteran, George will oversee the integration of employee talent across
Omniture's recent acquisitions, spearhead the company's recruiting strategy
and manage the expansion of Omniture as the company opens new offices in
markets throughout the world.
Ms. George has served as the human resource senior executive for such
companies as Sterling Commerce, Maxtor, Verio, and AT&T Broadband. While at
these companies, she was responsible for the development, design, and
implementation of HR strategies that impacted staffing, retention, and
recruiting; acquisitions, succession planning and change management; and
metrics for HR-related performance outcomes. Ms. George also has a legal
background in employment and labor law and is a member of the Colorado Bar.
