Premier Information Management, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: PIFR) announced an intermediate corporate update regarding the recent Ontario Securities Commission Order and current investor relations activities.

Following the recent Premier announcement of a 63% increase in sales, the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) issued a cease trading order in Premier stock to certain companies and individuals. Premier has long maintained that it was the victim of an organized campaign to manipulate its stock price and subsequently has continued its investigation into last year's share price movements.

Premier welcomes this move by the OSC and believes this will make it possible to remove what the company believes was fraudulently obtained stock from the current issued stock.
