"I am honored that so many quality men and women from the Hire A Hero community have applied to my open apprentice position," stated Kelly Perdew, president of ProElite.com. "The remaining finalists are highly talented, and I am looking forward to choosing my "aide-de-camp." Kelly continued, "I urge other organizations to reach out to and hire veterans as they comprise a very large leadership talent pool that is frequently overlooked."
The successful candidate will work under Kelly at ProElite.com, ProElite Inc.'s social networking arm that is focused on combat sports and providing online community tools for fans, fighters, students and organizations.
"Kelly Perdew is setting an example for other employers to follow," stated Dan Caulfield Executive Director of Hire A Hero. Hiring someone from the military community is one sure way to show a true appreciation for the men and women who have served."
