Produce Safety & Security International, Inc. Signs Additional Contract With METSS Corp.
Contract to Expand Ozone Spray Development Into the U.S. Air Force

(PINKSHEETS: PDSF) is pleased to announce that the Company has signed an
additional agreement with METSS Corporation. Produce Safety & Security
will provide support on METSS' proposed work for the U.S. Air Force's SBIR
topic AF073-141 for a portable biomass formic acid fuel reactor that can
utilize a wide variety of unprocessed biomass feedstock.
Under the agreement, the Company will support METSS by supplying its unique
ozone spray developments for METSS to evaluate for use on Air Force
applications for a new wet oxidation liquefaction process that METSS will
use to convert landfill waste into formic acid. An important application of
formic acid is as a source of hydrogen production. METSS has provided
innovative environmental assistance and consulting ranging from basic
testing to specialized research and development for over 10 years.

Recently, the Company has signed a contract with METSS Corp. for support
and engineering assistance for the Ozone Spray technology within the U.S.
Navy. The Company will help METSS test the effectiveness of the Ozone Spray
technology for the removal of E.coli in fresh produce and meat.
