The Wolf Picture No One Should Have to See

This is the image that Alaska Governor Sarah Palin doesn't want you to see: a wolf needlessly slaughtered by a state-permitted hunter with a rifle and a low-flying aircraft. Nearly 700 wolves have been killed this way, victims of the state's brutal and unnecessary aerial hunting program.
Now similar programs have been proposed for the greater Yellowstone region, threatening the wolves we fought so hard to save from extinction.
