Environmental Control Corporation Update on European Patent Application
Environmental Control Corporation ("EVCC")
(OTCBB: EVCC) has been advised by the European Patent Office of its
intention to grant a European patent for the application No 028425901.7.
Obtaining grant of a European patent merely requires approving the text
(which our patent counsel is satisfied with), paying the granting fee and
filing translations of portions of the application into German and French.
Subsequently the patent will be granted at which stage it will be necessary
to validate it in those European countries in which EVCC would like to have
the patent enforceable. Validation requires filing a request, any required
translations and paying a fee.
Please be aware that a European patent may be opposed (usually by a
competitor) within 9 months of its grant.

grant procedures, visit www.epo.org.
