Canoro Files Interim Report for the Three Months Ended June 30, 2007 on SEDAR

Canoro continues its drilling program in the Amguri Field in Assam Province, India with the current drilling of Amguri 11. This well is expected to be drill to total depth in the next two weeks. Negotiations on the Sub-thrust exploration and Nagaland opportunities also continue and are expected to conclude in the second quarter of the 2007 fiscal year.

Canoro is a Canadian-based international oil and gas company operating in the Assam/Arakan basin of northeast India. Canoro is the operator of Amguri field with a 60% working interest. Canoro is the operator with a 65% working interest in the AA-ON/7 exploration block. Canoro also has a 15% non-operated working interest in the AA-ONN 2003/2 exploration block.
