APICS Toledo Offering Detailed Scheduling and Planning Class

The Toledo chapter of APICS, The Association for Operations Management, is annoucing the offering of its Detailed Scheduling and Planning class.

The Toledo Chapter of APICS, The Association for Operations Management, is proud to announce the offering of "Detailed Scheduling and Planning" at the Betco Corporation training center in Toledo, Ohio. The course will run 9 weeks every Tuesday starting September 11 from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.

Detailed Scheduling and Planning focuses on the various techniques for material and capacity scheduling. Participants will study detailed descriptions of material requirements planning (MRP), capacity requirements planning (CRP), inventory management practices, and procurement and supplier planning.
Topics include:
. Recognizing Techniques and Practices of Inventory Management
. Mechanics of the Detailed Material Planning Process
. Planning Operations to Support the Priority Plan
. Planning Procurement and External Sources of Supply
