A Most Unusual Contest - Entries Announced

We have received a large number of wonderful entries for the Students of the Unusual song contest and they are all awesome. Unfortunately, we are unable to include all the great songs we have received and have narrowed the entries down for inclusion on the commemorative CD album which will have many special features. These entries will compete in an on-line contest where fans will be encouraged to vote for their favorite songs with the winner receiving $500. All participating artists should send us their songs in an Mp3 file asap if they haven't already and we encourage all contestants to make a MySpace page for their band as the contest will be taking place on MySpace.com.

You all deserve a deep resounding thank you form all of us at Students of the Unusual! The esteemed bands selected for inclusion on the album and slated for comic rock immortality include:
